Episode Synopsis:
Skinner’s location has been identified. He’s been hiding in the homeless commune in Babylon this whole time. The Lazarus Team (minus Axel) races to his location. Abel confronts Schneider about his involvement with a bioweapon creation using Hapna, and demands Hersch’s release.
In parallel, Axel leaves the hospital and has a final showdown with the mysterious assassin.
Review:
Am I even watching the same show?
In Episode 10 I commented how I was concerned that Lazarus’s reach exceeded its grasp. That was clearly an understatement. This episode is a disaster. It’s a mad descent into narrative hell.
Let’s start with the absolute B.S. that Skinner was hiding out in the commune we visited in Episode 02. Oh no! The Team is split up so how are we all going to get back to Babylon?! Don’t worry! When our team needs to get together in a span of an hour there’s magically a working HYPERLOOP TRAIN to use…
Second is the notion about Skinner’s research being used for bioweapon production. I don’t even understand why we have this nonsensical last minute plot? Why couldn’t we have left Skinner as an eco-obsessed genius who had grown apathetic to humanity?!

Oh right, and did I mention that while Skinner was trying to inform Europe about the bioweapons, the attack on the airport happened, the bioweapon was leaked, and the whole Lazarus team DIED!!! Don’t worry (again)! They totally pull a bad “ScyFy Original Movie” stunt and our heroes were genetically mutated to be immune to the drug instantaneously! You seeeeee, they died and were resurrected. LAZAAAARUUUSS!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL F&^K SHOW?!?!?!!?

Desperate to plummet this show not only off a cliff but into sharp rocks at the bottom, there’s an EVEN WORSE final plot thread. That stupid assassin!
It turns out he was part of some…secret organization that turned young boys into killing machines and we are supposed to care because…reasons…WHAT?!

The showdown between himself and Axel is asinine. In no small part because last time they fought Axel was skewered through the freaking stomach with a metal pipe. Don’t worry (third time’s the charm!). I’m sure its just a flesh wound.

Summary:
We find Skinner, we stop a global massacre, we catch a corrupt politician who was crafting bioweapons, and we’ve created some sort of A-Team to protect the world. I care about all of this -1000% and I am so sad this show was such garbage in the end.
